This Copyright Policy describes how Kaidrama (https://kaidrama.com) responds to intellectual property concerns. We are committed to respecting copyright and to providing a clear, fair process for rights holders and users.

Our Role as a Streaming Aggregator

Kaidrama indexes and embeds video content from third-party hosting platforms. We do not upload or store video files. Our responsibility is limited to the pages and embed links on our Site. Rights holders who need video files removed must contact the relevant video hosting platforms directly.

Handling Third-Party Hosted Content

When we receive a valid notice for embedded content, we will remove the embed from our Site. We will also endeavor to forward the notice to the relevant video host where we have the means to do so. However, we cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms and are not liable for their response times or decisions.

Counter-Notifications

Users may contest a removal by filing a counter-notice to support@kaidrama.com with: a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake; identification of removed content; contact details and jurisdictional consent; and signature. We may restore content 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless court action is filed.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who are the subject of repeated valid copyright notices may have their access permanently restricted or terminated in accordance with our obligations under applicable law.

Misrepresentation

Filing a knowingly false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in civil liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and equivalent laws. Please verify all claims before submission.
